Spec Clutch SG153H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit with Carbon-Kevlar Disc

The SPEC SG153H Stage 2 PLUS Clutch Kit is engineered for modified engines that demand more torque capacity than the standard Stage 2 kit can deliver. Retaining the familiar Stage 2 pedal feel for everyday drivability, this kit steps up clamping force and disc material to handle the demands of high-performance and heavily modified powerplants.

At the heart of the Stage 2 PLUS upgrade is a composite multi-friction carbon-kevlar disc paired with a high-clamp pressure plate. This combination delivers a higher torque threshold without sacrificing the progressive, street-friendly engagement that makes Stage 2 kits a popular choice for dual-purpose builds. The disc also features a high-torque sprung hub assembly to absorb driveline shock and reduce wear on transmission components.

Kit Includes:

• High-clamp pressure plate
• Composite multi-friction carbon-kevlar clutch disc
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly
• Pilot and release bearing
• Installation tool kit

Ideal Driving Applications:

• Street / Daily Driving
• Drag Racing
• Road Racing
• Rally
• Pulling
• Autocross

The SPEC Stage 2 PLUS is the ideal solution for enthusiasts who need more holding power than a Stage 2 but still want a clutch that remains livable in daily traffic. The carbon-kevlar friction material offers excellent wear characteristics and a long service life even under demanding conditions.
