Spec Clutch SF993H Stage 2 Plus Performance Clutch Kit

The SPEC SF993H Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is engineered for modified engines that demand more torque capacity than a standard Stage 2 clutch can deliver. Bridging the gap between the Stage 2 and Stage 3, this kit raises the torque threshold by 15–20% while preserving the smooth, street-friendly engagement feel that SPEC Stage 2 kits are known for.

At the heart of the kit is a composite multi-friction disc in a full-faced configuration, combining carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar® on the other. This hybrid construction delivers excellent wear characteristics, reliable friction coefficients, and long service life under demanding conditions. The double-sprung hub features spring cover reliefs for added flexibility and heat-treated components for superior strength and durability.

Key Features:

• High-clamp pressure plate for increased clamping force
• Full-faced composite disc — carbon semi-metallic / Kevlar® hybrid friction material
• Double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for smooth engagement and flexibility
• Heat-treated hub components for strength and long-term durability
• 15–20% higher torque capacity over the standard Stage 2
• Maintains Stage 2 street drivability and pedal feel
• Includes high-torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing, and installation tool kit

Intended Use: Street, Drag Racing, Road Racing, Rally, Pulling, Autocross, Drift

The SPEC SF993H is designed and hand-built in the U.S.A., making it an ideal upgrade for performance-built engines that have outgrown a stock or entry-level performance clutch.
