Spec Clutch SS082 Stage 2 Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SS082 Stage 2 Clutch Kit is an ideal upgrade for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated and forced induction (power adder) engines. It is equally well-suited for stock power levels where excellent daily drivability and exceptional longevity are the priority.

At the heart of the Stage 2 kit is a segmented, chatter-free pure Kevlar clutch disc with steel backing. Compared to a stock clutch, the Kevlar friction material delivers significantly higher torque capacity and longer service life while maintaining smooth, stock-like engagement feel. The disc features a high-torque sprung hub with a double-sprung design and spring cover reliefs for added flexibility, plus heat-treated internal components for strength and durability.

Key Features:

• High-clamp load pressure plate for improved torque holding and reliability
• Segmented pure Kevlar friction disc with steel backing — excellent drivability with superior wear characteristics
• Double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for smooth pedal feel and flexibility
• Heat-treated hub components for long-term strength and durability
• Includes installation tool for simplified fitment
• Suitable for street, drag, autocross, and pulling applications

The Spec SS082 Stage 2 kit includes the high-clamp pressure plate, Kevlar clutch disc with high-torque sprung hub assembly, release bearing, and installation tool — everything needed for a complete clutch replacement.
