Spec Clutch SN442 Stage 2 Clutch Kit with Kevlar Disc and High-Clamp Pressure Plate

The Spec Clutch SN442 Stage 2 Clutch Kit is engineered for drivers who demand more than a stock clutch can deliver, without sacrificing the daily drivability needed for street use. Ideal for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated engines and power-adder builds alike, the Stage 2 represents a significant step up in torque capacity and service life over a stock or Stage 1 replacement.

Key Features:

• Pure Kevlar friction disc — segmented or full-faced configuration with integrally bonded steel backing for strength under high clamp loads and elevated temperatures
• High-clamp pressure plate — increases clamping force over OEM for improved torque holding capacity
• Double-sprung hub assembly — spring cover reliefs for enhanced flexibility and heat-treated components for long-term durability
• High-torque sprung disc assembly — designed to handle increased power while maintaining smooth, predictable engagement
• Bearing and tool kit included (where applicable)

The Stage 2's Kevlar lining delivers excellent drivability comparable to a Stage 1 clutch, but with improved wear resistance and a higher torque capacity — making it a smart upgrade for street-driven performance vehicles that also see occasional drag strips, autocross events, or spirited driving. Suitable for street, drag, pulling, and autocross applications.
