Spec Clutch SM882 Stage 2 Kevlar Clutch Kit

The SPEC SM882 Stage 2 Clutch Kit is engineered for drivers seeking a significant upgrade over stock without sacrificing daily drivability. Ideal for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines, it also excels at stock power levels where long service life and smooth street manners are the priority.

At the heart of this kit is a segmented, chatter-free pure Kevlar® friction disc with steel backing, delivering the excellent drivability of a Stage 1 clutch but with meaningfully higher torque capacity and longer wear life. The high-clamp pressure plate increases clamping force over stock, while the high-torque sprung hub and disc assembly absorbs driveline shock smoothly. The double-sprung hub design features spring cover reliefs for added flexibility, and all hub components are heat-treated for superior strength and durability.
