Spec Clutch SM582 Stage 2 Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SM582 Stage 2 Clutch Kit is engineered for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines, while remaining equally well-suited for stock power levels where long service life and excellent daily drivability are the priority.

Key Features:

• High Clamp Pressure Plate – Delivers increased clamping force over stock for improved torque capacity and slip resistance
• Pure Kevlar Friction Material – Provides outstanding wear resistance and smooth engagement, extending clutch life well beyond standard organic disc materials
• High Torque Sprung Hub Disc Assembly – Absorbs driveline shock and reduces chatter for a comfortable, stock-like pedal feel during everyday driving
• Complete Kit – Includes pressure plate, Kevlar friction disc, release bearing, and installation tool kit for a straightforward, all-in-one replacement

Intended Use: Street, Drag, Autocross, and Pulling

The Stage 2 designation makes the SM582 a versatile upgrade that bridges the gap between a factory replacement and a full-competition clutch, delivering enhanced performance without sacrificing the drivability needed for daily use.
