Spec Clutch SC422Y Stage 2 Clutch Kit with Kevlar Disc and High Clamp Pressure Plate

The Spec SC422Y Stage 2 Clutch Kit is engineered for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated engines and power-adder builds, while also delivering outstanding performance at stock power levels for drivers who prioritize daily drivability and long service life.

At the heart of the Stage 2 kit is a high-clamp pressure plate paired with a pure Kevlar friction disc, a combination that provides stock-like engagement feel with significantly improved wear resistance over OEM clutch components. The high-torque sprung hub and disc assembly absorbs driveline shock for smooth, predictable engagement in everyday driving conditions.

Key Features:

• High-clamp pressure plate for increased torque capacity over stock
• Pure Kevlar friction material for excellent wear characteristics and smooth engagement
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly for driveline shock absorption
• Includes release bearing and alignment/installation tool kit
• Stock-like daily drivability with enhanced performance capability

Intended Use:

• Street driving
• Drag racing
• Pulling
• Autocross

The Spec Stage 2 is an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking a direct OEM replacement with improved performance headroom, or as a reliable foundation for mildly modified street and track builds.
