Spec Clutch SC052 Stage 2 Kevlar Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SC052 Stage 2 Clutch Kit is engineered for drivers who demand more from their drivetrain without sacrificing everyday usability. Designed for mild to moderately modified naturally aspirated and power-adder engines, this kit delivers a strong performance upgrade while maintaining stock-like pedal feel and engagement quality.

At the heart of the Stage 2 kit is a pure Kevlar friction disc with steel backing, offering excellent drivability with longer service life and higher torque capacity compared to a Stage 1 clutch. The high-clamp pressure plate increases clamping force to handle elevated power levels, while the high-torque sprung hub and disc assembly absorbs driveline shock and smooths engagement under aggressive driving conditions.

Kit Includes:

• High-clamp performance pressure plate
• Pure Kevlar friction disc with steel backing
• High-torque sprung hub and disc assembly
• Release bearing
• Alignment tool for installation

Ideal Use Cases:

• Street driving and daily commuting
• Drag racing and street/strip use
• Autocross and performance driving events
• Pulling applications

The Stage 2 is also well-suited for stock-power vehicles where exceptional clutch longevity and smooth daily drivability are the primary goals. All Spec clutch products are designed, hand-built, and tested in the U.S.A.
