The Spec Clutch SS951 Stage 1 Clutch Kit is a high-performance, street-oriented clutch system engineered for bolt-on naturally aspirated engines and mildly modified forced induction applications. It delivers stock-like daily drivability with significantly improved wear resistance and torque capacity over OEM clutch components.

At the heart of the SS951 is an integrally molded carbon-Kevlar-based organic friction lining that provides smooth, progressive engagement and excellent service life. The lining features an integrally bonded steel backing for added strength under high clamp loads and elevated operating temperatures.

The disc assembly uses a double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for flexibility, combined with heat-treated components for long-term strength and durability. A high-clamp performance pressure plate rounds out the assembly, providing reliable torque transfer across a wide range of driving conditions.
