The SPEC SN341 Stage 1 Clutch Kit is a high-performance upgrade engineered for bolt-on naturally aspirated and mildly modified forced induction engines. Designed and hand-built in the USA, this kit delivers stock-like daily drivability with significantly improved holding power and wear characteristics over a factory clutch — making it an ideal choice for street driving, light track duty, and a wide range of motorsport applications.

At the heart of the Stage 1 kit is a high-clamp pressure plate paired with a clutch disc featuring a steel-backed, multi-compound woven organic friction lining. This integrally molded, carbon-Kevlar-based organic material provides smooth, progressive engagement and excellent service life, while the steel backing adds strength under high clamp loads and elevated temperatures.

The disc assembly uses a high-torque, double-sprung hub with spring cover reliefs for drivetrain flexibility and heat-treated components for long-term strength and durability. This sprung hub design helps absorb driveline shock and reduces chatter for a refined, street-friendly feel.
