Installed a 5th wheel hitch in a F150 with a 5 1/2' bed. I got a cargo box from autoplicity. As far as online purchases go to delivery, everything went perfectly. The only comment I have for Autoplicity would be to send out a confirmation email when the purchase is first made. The first communication wasn't until 3 days after I made the purchase.
