Ksport CTY320-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System Damping Asphalt Rally - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CTY320-AR) is an engineered competition-grade suspension solution built specifically for asphalt rally racing. Featuring extended stroke travel, heavy-duty internal components, and a 36-level damping adjustment system, this coilover kit delivers the precise, repeatable handling characteristics demanded by serious rally competitors.

Key Features:

• 36 Levels of Damping Adjustment — Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment via a single knob allows rapid, simplified fine-tuning without the need to adjust two separate settings
• Monotube Design — Oil and gas are separated within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation, finer damping resolution, and significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts — Included on front and rear for select applications; preserves OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel for driver response
• Integrated Camber Adjustment — Available on compatible pillow ball top mount applications, allowing camber to be dialed in directly at the coilover without a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount — Height is adjusted via the lower mount on most applications, preserving full suspension travel throughout the ride height range — unlike designs that sacrifice travel when lowering
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction — Mounts and major structural components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Provides robust resistance to rust and harsh rally environments
• Valving Matched to Springs — Each kit's damping valving is precisely matched to the installed spring rates for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability

Ride Height Notes: On many (but not all) applications, the Ksport Rally AR Spec system is capable of achieving OEM ride height. Depending on vehicle application, lowering of up to 3 inches from OEM height is possible. Competitors should verify ride height compliance with their sanctioning body's ruleset prior to competition.

The CTY320-AR is a purpose-built solution for drivers who demand consistent, tunable, and reliable suspension performance on the asphalt stage.
