Ksport CNS190-RR Version RR Road Racing Monotube Coilover System

The Ksport Version RR Coilover System (CNS190-RR) is engineered exclusively for road racing applications, featuring aggressive spring rates and precision valving tuned for maximum handling performance, acute reaction, and driver responsiveness. With a shock stroke 20–30mm shorter than street counterparts, this system is purpose-built for competitive track environments where precision and consistency are paramount.

Key Features:

• 36-Level Damping Adjustment: Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment allows precise, easy fine-tuning of suspension feel without separate adjustments
• Monotube Shock Design: Separates oil and gas within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation, finer damping control, and reduced aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Pillow Ball Upper Mounts: Available on select applications front and rear, preserving OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel for solid driver response
• Camber Adjustment: Pillow ball mounts on compatible applications allow camber adjustment without the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount: Ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel — a key advantage over many competing coilover designs
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction: Mounts and major components are machined from lightweight 6061 billet aluminum for reduced unsprung weight, durability, and corrosion resistance
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body: Provides robust rust and element resistance for extended service life in demanding track conditions
• Matched Spring and Valving: Each kit's valving is specifically matched to its installed spring rates, ensuring consistent, reliable performance and optimal ride quality
• Stiffer Spring Rates and Valving: Aggressive tuning designed specifically for road racing — not suitable for street use

The Ksport CNS190-RR coilover system uses a monotube design where oil and gas are separated within a single cylinder. This architecture dissipates heat more efficiently than twin-tube alternatives, enables finer damping adjustments, and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — all critical factors for sustained lap-after-lap road racing performance.

For race use only. This system is not designed or recommended for street or daily driving applications.
