Ksport CNS140-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System Damping Asphalt Rally - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CNS140-AR) is engineered specifically for asphalt rally competition, delivering the extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and precise adjustability that serious competitors demand. Built around a monotube design that separates oil and gas within the cylinder, this system outperforms twin-tube alternatives with superior heat dissipation, finer damping control, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation.

Key Features:

• 36 levels of damping adjustment — simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment for quick, easy tuning at the track
• Extended stroke and heavy-duty internals designed to withstand the rigors of rally competition
• Pillow ball top mounts (front and rear on select applications) preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, responsive driver feel
• Integrated camber adjustability on applicable pillow ball top mounts — adjust camber directly from the coilover without a separate camber kit
• Adjustable lower mount on most applications allows ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel
• 6061 billet aluminum construction on mounts and major components — lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant
• Zinc electroplated steel shock body for enhanced rust and element resistance
• Matched valving and springs — each set is valve-matched to its installed springs for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability

The monotube architecture provides a clear performance advantage over twin-tube designs: better thermal management, more precise damping response, and greater resistance to the aeration and cavitation that can degrade ride quality under competition conditions.

Ride Height Notes: On many (but not all) applications, the CNS140-AR is compatible with OEM ride height levels. Depending on the specific application, lowering of up to 3 inches below OEM is achievable. Competitors should consult their sanctioning body's rules regarding minimum ride height requirements before installation.
