Ksport CNS130-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover Kit Damping Asphalt Rally Competition - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CNS130-AR) is an asphalt rally-purpose-built suspension kit engineered for competitive rally racing. Featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment, this coilover system is tuned from the ground up for the rigors of asphalt rally competition.

Damping & Adjustment:

• 36 levels of damping adjustment for precise fine-tuning of handling response and ride comfort
• Single-knob design adjusts compression and rebound simultaneously for quick, convenient setup changes

Monotube Shock Design:

• Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder, eliminating aeration and cavitation for a consistent, predictable ride
• Superior heat dissipation compared to twin-tube designs, keeping damping performance stable under sustained competition use
• Large-diameter pistons increase oil capacity for enhanced cooling efficiency during demanding rally stages
• Finer damping adjustability and greater long-term reliability versus conventional twin-tube construction

Construction & Materials:

• Mounts and major structural components machined from 6061 billet aluminum — lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant
• Steel shock body finished with a zinc electroplate coating for protection against rust and the elements
• Spring rates and shock valving are matched per application for optimized ride quality and reliability

Top Mounts & Geometry:

• Pillow ball top mounts (front and rear, on select applications) maintain OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative driver feel
• Integrated camber adjustability on applicable pillow ball mounts — no separate camber kit required

Height Adjustment:

• Adjustable lower mount design allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel
• On most applications, the system supports OEM ride height or lowering of up to 3 inches below OEM level
• Note: Rally event sanctioning bodies may have specific ride height regulations — verify compliance with your sanctioning body prior to installation.
