This was an awesome experience. I thought I was going to have to have 2 days of car work due to not ordering in time, but apparently what I needed, shipped from Commerce City (and I live in Colorado) and it showed up in 2 days during the busiest ship time of the year. Also was the cheapest price by quite a bit.

the product reviews all seem to be reviewed of autoplicity's service instead of the item being viewed. either way, the shocks ordered were the right ones w/ all the parts w/ it. autoplicity's item descriptions could be a little more clear and/or explicit

A little hard to find exactly what you're looking for but good prices.. I placed an order for two products that were shipped separately. One was delivered quite quickly and the other took a lot longer. The orders were correct and the products were correct

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me. I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site. To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted. I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!! Great selection and easy checkout! The only thing is I didnt get an email confirmation as soon as I order which made me wonder is the transaction went through. I did get an email once the items were shipped though.
