With the addition of two larger levers, steering wheel removal has never been easier. The Generation 3.0 utilizes the same patented ball and lock mechanism found in older versions. The ordering process was pretty straight forward & simple. Searching for tires on the other hand was a bit more complicated, as the search filters didn't work so well. Shipping was fast, but there was a typo on the shipping label that caused a delay. This is what necessitated the call to customer service to correct that. Nothing bad, as we're only human, but was easily fixed with the phone call.
