Exedy Clutch 16950A Cerametallic Clutch Kit

The Exedy 16950A is a high-performance cerametallic clutch kit engineered for modified engines producing significantly more power than stock. Designed to withstand extreme slippage and heat without fading, this clutch kit features advanced cerametallic friction material that far exceeds the capabilities of OEM-style organic disc assemblies.

Key Features:

• Cerametallic friction material for superior heat resistance and holding power
• Spring-centered dampers to absorb shock loads and reduce driveline impact
• Available in two disc thickness options to suit different applications
• Engineered for high-horsepower modified engines
• Enhanced durability over stock clutch systems

Disc Thickness Options:

• Normal Thickness (Thick): Provides greater thermal mass and heat capacity, making it ideal for demanding applications including all-wheel drive vehicles that generate more heat during operation
• Reduced Thickness (Thin): Approximately half the thickness of stock discs, offering dramatically reduced rotational inertia for quicker shifts, improved synchro longevity, and enhanced transmission performance—recommended for dedicated track use

This Exedy cerametallic clutch kit delivers the aggressive engagement and extreme holding capacity required for serious performance applications while maintaining drivability through its spring-dampered design.
