I didn't get a shipping notice until three days after I got the product. It was exactly what I ordered and did arrive during the proper time frame

The ordering process was easy and the price of the product was fair. I was; however, disappointed with one thing. I received an email from Autoplicity for 25% off shipping but it would not work when I was checking out. I called the customer service number and the gentleman was not helpful at all.
