Weld Racing 71MP-518A65A S71 Polished Aluminum Wheel 15x18.33 5x4.5 -80mm Offset

The Weld Racing S71 (P/N 71MP-518A65A) is a premium polished aluminum drag racing wheel engineered for serious bracket racers and Pro Stock competitors. Built with Weld's renowned 3-piece welded construction, this wheel delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that outperforms traditional cast or flow-formed alternatives — putting more usable power to the track and less rotating mass in the drivetrain.

This specific application measures 15" diameter x 18.33" wide with a 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm) bolt pattern, a 6.5" backspacing, and an aggressive -80mm offset — a configuration purpose-built for maximum-width drag slick fitment on rear-wheel-drive muscle cars and race vehicles. The "Medium" designation refers to the center section depth, which is engineered to match specific chassis and brake clearance requirements.

Key Features:

• 3-Piece Welded Construction — Precision-welded center, inner, and outer hoops for superior structural integrity
• Polished Aluminum Center — High-gloss polished finish on the center disc for a clean, competition-ready appearance
• 15" Diameter — Compatible with a wide range of drag slicks; requires shank-style lug nuts (not included)
• 18.33" Width — Designed to accommodate wide-body drag slick tire combinations

• 6.5" Backspacing / -80mm Offset — Deep offset for maximum tire clearance and optimal track width
• Medium Center Section — Matched for specific chassis depth and brake caliper clearance

Weld Racing wheels are proudly manufactured in the USA and are a trusted choice among NHRA and bracket racers at every level of competition. Note: 15" diameter wheels require shank lug nuts; 17", 18", and 20" diameter wheels require conical lug nuts. Always verify lug nut compatibility before installation.
