Product Details

The Weld Racing RT-S S71 is a premier 3-piece forged aluminum drag and street wheel engineered for drivers who demand maximum strength without sacrificing weight. Built using a unique welded assembly process, this 17x5.0 skinny front wheel features a black anodized forged billet center paired with cold forged rim shells for the classic WELD Racing 5-spoke star look.

This wheel is configured with a medium pad brake clearance design, providing 1.19 in. of clearance from the peak of the spoke curvature. The medium pad is ideal for high-performance factory brake systems as well as many popular aftermarket brake packages. Three mounting pad heights are available across the S71 lineup to clear drum brakes, early and late disc brakes, and multi-piston opposed calipers.

First off, the price was excellent and they communicate every step of the sale. Shipping was immediate and arrived promptly with the complete order. One observation is the shipping calculator is flaky. I had to revise the order during checkout and noticed it seemed to give a different price each time. 6 cans of satin black $12 add 6 more of gloss, $15 change to 12 of the satin then $24 cancel order and purchase 12 satin then back to $15
