Product Details

The Weld Racing RT-S S71 is an 18x12-inch three-piece forged aluminum wheel engineered for serious street and strip performance. Featuring a black anodized center, a 5x4.5-inch bolt pattern, and 8.2 inches of backspace (43mm offset), this low-pad configuration is ideally suited for vehicles running drum brakes, early disc brake setups, or dedicated drag racing brake systems.

Key Features:

  • 3-piece welded construction — forged billet center joined to cold-forged rim shells for a superior strength-to-weight ratio
  • Low pad mount height — designed to clear drum brakes, early disc brakes, and dedicated drag racing brake systems
  • Classic WELD Racing 5-spoke star design with black anodized center finish
  • 18x12.0-inch diameter/width with 5x4.5-inch (5x114.3mm) bolt pattern
  • 8.2-inch backspace / 43mm offset for precise wheel placement
  • Manufactured from primary forging-grade aluminum alloys for maximum strength and durability
  • Tested with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) and in-house destructive testing
  • Meets or surpasses SAE J2530 Aftermarket Wheel (Street) Standards
  • Conical lug nuts required for 18-inch diameter wheels (sold separately)
  • Center cap and valve stem included
  • Made in Kansas City, MO, USA

The S71 is available in wheel widths ranging from 4.5 to 18 inches and is equally at home on the drag strip, road course, autocross circuit, or street. Three distinct mounting pad heights — low, medium, and high — make the S71 series one of the most application-flexible forged wheels in the WELD Racing lineup.
