This company had the VERY best price on the product that I was seeking. The check out process was so simple and the order shipped the next day! We will be checking them out for all our product needs!

There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. Price was much lower than any other parts dealer. Even with standard shipping, the parts arrived in a couple of days. Would use autoplicity again. Absolutely no problems.
