Cusco 422551A Type CB Carbon Fiber Strut Tower Bar

The Cusco 422551A Type CB Strut Bar is a premium strut tower brace engineered for maximum chassis rigidity with minimal weight penalty. Built around a 40mm full carbon fiber pipe, the Type CB sets itself apart from Cusco's Type ALC series by using pure layered carbon fiber construction throughout — with no aluminum inner sleeve — delivering superior stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Strut tower braces reduce chassis flex at one of the most critical points on the car: the connection between the front or rear strut towers. By bracing these mounting points, the Type CB helps maintain consistent suspension geometry under hard cornering, improving steering response and overall handling precision.

Key Features:

• 100% layered carbon fiber center tube — no aluminum core, unlike Type ALC bars
• 40mm diameter carbon pipe for high rigidity and light weight
• Steel end plate brackets finished in titanium gray paint for a premium appearance
• Clear-coated carbon fiber bar for a clean, durable finish
• Installs in minutes using standard hand tools — all required hardware included
• Precision-machined brackets ensure a proper, rattle-free fit

The Cusco Type CB is one of the lightest and most rigid strut bars available in the Cusco lineup, making it a popular choice for both performance-focused builds and enthusiasts who want factory-quality fit with measurable handling improvements.
