Cusco 195551A Type CB Carbon Fiber Strut Tower Bar

The Cusco Type CB Strut Bar is Cusco's most lightweight and rigid strut tower brace, constructed from a 100% solid carbon fiber 40mm OD round pipe — with no aluminum core inside. This full carbon fiber construction delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, providing superior chassis rigidity while minimizing added mass compared to traditional aluminum strut bars.

Key Features:

• 100% Carbon Fiber Shaft: Full 40mm outer diameter carbon fiber pipe — no aluminum inner sleeve — for maximum rigidity and minimum weight
• Clear Coat Finish: The carbon fiber bar receives a protective clear coat that preserves the natural carbon weave appearance and ensures long-term durability
• Titanium Gray End Plates: Steel end plate brackets are finished in a titanium gray powder coat, providing both a premium aesthetic and corrosion resistance
• High-Precision Fitment: End plates are precision-machined for exact fitment to the strut tower mounting points
• Bolt-On Installation: Includes all required mounting hardware; installs using standard hand tools in minutes

Strut tower braces like the Cusco Type CB reduce chassis flex between the strut towers, helping to maintain proper suspension geometry under high cornering loads. The result is improved steering response, more consistent handling, and increased driver confidence. The Type CB is Cusco's flagship strut bar offering, sitting above the Type OS and Type ALC variants in both material quality and performance.
