A little leery after reading some computer feedback of company, but received item in original factory packing after 4 business days, free shipping, at lowest price found. Very satisfied. I haven't received my parts yet, but they just notified me that the order has been shipped. I think this is very fast service. Their online ordering system was very easy to use. And best of all, they had the lowest prices on the items I ordered. Even the shipping charge was less than some other companies. So far, I am very satisfied with Autoplicity, and I will certainly check their Website the next time I'm looking for parts.
