Product Details

The Manley 597120C-8 is a complete 8-piece Platinum Series piston kit engineered for the Chrysler 5.7L Hemi engine. Featuring a 3.937-inch (90.9mm) bore diameter, 1.220-inch compression height, and a 12cc dish design, these pistons are built to stock stroke specifications and deliver reliable performance in high-demand applications.

Manley's Platinum Series pistons are crafted from high-strength hypereutectic aluminum alloy, offering excellent thermal stability and wear resistance at a competitive price point over standard cast pistons. The 12cc dish configuration is designed to optimize compression ratio when paired with appropriate cylinder heads and gaskets on the 5.7L Hemi platform.

Key Features:

  • Application: Chrysler/Dodge 5.7L Hemi engine
  • Bore Size: 3.937 in (90.9mm) — standard bore
  • Compression Height: 1.220 in (CD)
  • Dish Volume: 12cc dish top
  • Stroke: Stock stroke compatible
  • Series: Platinum S (hypereutectic construction)
  • Quantity: 8 pistons per kit (full engine set)
  • Piston Rings: Not included — sold separately

The Platinum S designation reflects Manley's standard-duty hypereutectic lineup, ideal for naturally aspirated street rebuilds and mild performance applications where superior dimensional consistency and quality control matter. Each piston is precision-machined to tight tolerances for proper ring seal and longevity.

good seamless fast website and good prices

good friendly website

Easy checkout with Amazon

Best price on the internet. A lot cheaper than amazon, so I was pretty surprised.

Good prices, free shipping, easy to order, I like this place!

Quick and easy.

Great prices definitely will return!

I would definitely recommend Autoplicity. I ordered Thule bike racks (THU-518), and the products arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Plus the prices (along with free shipping) were the best on the web.

Very fast, simple, and easy

Autoplicity had fast shipping at a low price compared to other competitors. The price for the item itself was the lowest around so I think I got a good deal or my car. Would buy from again!

Autoplicity cares about there customers. I ordered a flash programmer and got to the last page and never got a confirmation of the order. I used the website chat and talked to somebody about it right away. So I ordered again and got a conformation. But both went though. Autoplicity called me next day a.m. to see if I made a mistake. Thanks for letting me know and correcting to one order. Saved me from shipping back a product I dind't need.

So far so good
