can't get remote to program

I received the product, but l need to return it because it does not fit my truck. I have no return information.

Did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order so I was unsure if if the order had gone through properly. Part shipped the day after I ordered it. I received three confirmation emails at the that time for some reason. Overall I would say the experience ordering from Autoplicity was excellent and inspired confidence.
