The ARP AZQ8800-2B is a premium individual cylinder head stud featuring M14 x 2.0 metric threading and a 9/16 inch hex head. This replacement stud is manufactured from ARP's high-grade 8740 chrome moly alloy steel, providing exceptional strength and reliability for high-performance engine applications.

ARP head studs are manufactured using a vertical heat-treatment process in special racks to ensure complete heat penetration throughout the material. The threads are then rolled after heat treatment, which delivers dramatically improved fatigue strength compared to studs threaded before heat treatment. This individual stud is sold separately and can be used as a replacement for damaged studs or to customize head stud configurations for specific engine builds.
