ARP 202-6101 Pro Series Connecting Rod Bolt Kit for Nissan VR38DETT

The ARP 202-6101 Pro Series Connecting Rod Bolt Kit is engineered specifically for the Nissan 3.8L VR38DETT V6 engine found in 2009 and later GT-R models. This kit includes twelve Custom Age 625+ cap screw style rod bolts with a tensile strength rated at 270,000 psi and includes a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.

Why Upgrade Your Rod Bolts:

Connecting rod bolts are the most important fasteners in any engine as they hold the key to the entire rotating assembly, and a broken bolt will lead to catastrophic engine failure. Factory hardware can become a weak point under increased boost and RPM, making these upgraded bolts essential for high-performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

• Custom Age 625+ material rated at 270,000 psi tensile strength
• Superior fatigue life compared to OEM torque-to-yield bolts, and fully reusable
• Heat-treated before grinding and thread rolling with large underhead radius for greater strength—nearly five times stronger than OEM bolts
• 10mm 12-point socket size for secure installation
• Includes ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant for proper installation
• Cap screw style design for optimal clamping force

Application: Nissan 3.8L VR38DETT DOHC V6 engines (2009+ GT-R R35)

ARP Pro Series rod bolts provide the reliability and strength needed for modified street engines, road racing, and drag racing applications. These bolts are designed to handle the extreme cyclic loads and alternating tension forces that connecting rod bolts endure with every rotation of the crankshaft.
