I was under the impression by 24hr shipping that i would get it the next day. But, turns out that it "leaves" with in 24 hrs and can take 3-10 days to arrive. It's a little misleading, but I did receive it in 3 days, so I'm "ok" with the delivery time (that is why i gave it 4 stars). 10 days would have been an issue.

Placed order on Sunday and received shipment on Thursday. Haven't installed items yet but boxes are in good shape. I'm satisfied with the transaction.

Ordered on Sunday, called on Monday for tracking #, received product on Tuesday, and received tracking # on Wed!! I got the item before Autoplicity got a chance to send me the email with the tracking #. A+++!!!

The order didn't go through the first time so I had to add my credit card information twice, so I hope I only get 1 order and not duplicates. Thanks
