Constructed from 9310 material — a high-quality, low-carbon case-hardened steel — this pin is purpose-built for applications demanding exceptional surface strength combined with high core toughness, making it the ideal choice for turbocharged and nitrous-assisted engines.

5115 Material Pin — Standard Grade

• Chromium alloy steel construction
• Case hardened to 58–64 Rockwell C
• Ground to a surface finish of .15 Ra or better
• Designed to withstand normal wear and tear in aftermarket engine builds

52100 Material Pin — High Load Grade

• High carbon, chromium-bearing steel of aircraft-quality alloy
• Case hardened to 54–56 Rockwell C
• Through hardened for consistent strength across the full cross-section
• Ground to a fine finish
• Designed for high load capacity and outstanding wear and abrasion resistance

9310 Material Pin — Turbo / Nitrous Grade (S708)

• High-quality, low-carbon case-hardened steel
• Case hardened to 59–63 Rockwell C
• Ground to a superfinish of .025 Ra or better
• Engineered for applications requiring high surface strength combined with high core toughness
• Ideal for high contact stress environments with shock and impact loading — including turbo and nitrous applications
• Dimensions: 20mm outer diameter x 2.5 inches in length
