Product Details

ARP 100-1210 is a premium 16-piece header bolt kit featuring 12-point heads for easier socket access in tight spaces around exhaust pipes. These bolts are manufactured from black oxide-coated chrome moly steel with a tensile strength of 170,000 psi, substantially stronger than standard Grade 8 hardware.

Key Features:

  • 16-piece complete header bolt kit
  • 12-point head design for improved wrench clearance
  • Black oxide chrome moly construction
  • 170,000 psi tensile strength rating
  • Superior corrosion and heat resistance
  • Includes premium-quality washers
  • Prevents header bolt loosening under extreme conditions

ARP header bolts are engineered specifically for exhaust header installation where extreme heat, vibration, and corrosion can compromise standard fasteners. The compact 12-point nut design allows you to easily position a socket close to the exhaust pipe, making installation and removal significantly easier in confined engine bays. Each kit includes the exact number of fasteners needed for your application along with premium washers.

Excellent product with fast shipping!

Easy shopping experience.

Product availability is good!!

As reported to Dawn in Customer Service: [1] Fedex bungled the delivery, letting the package sit for 3 rainy days outdoors in an unused area of the property and [2] the mufffler had a 1.5" inward dent. I provided 4 pictures and a full account of the 2 issues and asked for a cordial settlement in the form of an unspecified refund proportionate with those issues. Instead, I received an near-full refund. I was so impressed, I called and thanked Dawn for the exemplary handling of the matter. I gave a technical 3-star rating in regard to the product's condition. More importantly and except for that, I gave a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you.
