Product Details

The Centric 115.20133 is a replacement brake pad shim designed to restore proper noise isolation and vibration dampening between the brake pad backing plate and caliper piston. Brake pad shims are a critical hardware component in any disc brake system, preventing the high-frequency vibrations that cause brake squeal and harshness.

Key Features:

  • Noise and Vibration Damping: Engineered to isolate pad vibration from the caliper, virtually eliminating brake squeal under normal driving conditions
  • OE-Style Fit: Designed to match original equipment specifications for a precise, rattle-free installation
  • Quality Construction: Built to Centric's OEM-grade standards using durable materials that withstand repeated thermal cycling and braking loads
  • Direct Replacement: A drop-in replacement for worn, corroded, or missing factory brake pad shims
  • Asbestos-Free: Manufactured with safe, modern materials compliant with current environmental and safety standards

Centric Parts is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket brake components, with a catalog of over 40,000 braking system parts. Replacing worn or damaged brake shims at every pad change is recommended to maintain quiet, smooth braking performance.
