Great company. When I started looking into transporting the car I came across many sketchy companies. A lot of bad reviews, complaints about money being taken and not having the car picked up, etc. But Autoplicity had good reviews and I can see why! I paid my deposit of only $50, they picked up the car within 3 days and delivered it in 2 days. The truck driver had excellent customer service! Very happy with this company, I would recommend them and definitely use them again if need be.

No problems occurred

A piece I ordered arrived broken (in transit from rough handling by UPS). I called customer service and a replacement part was at my door THE VERY NEXT DAY !!! I didn't think that rapid of a response was even possible. You have the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.

Autoplicity, was very easy to use, very fast, and an enjoyable experience. I would recommend to my closest friends!!
