The office for original equipment sales and engineering is located in Allen Park, <span class="caps">MI</span>. <span class="caps">TOKICO</span> aftermarket sales and inventory are located in Rancho Dominguez, <span class="caps">CA</span>. Both shock absorbers and brake hydraulics are sold from this location.</p> <p><span class="caps">TOKICO</span> <span class="caps">LTD</span>., has been manufacturing shock absorbers, brake parts, and other hydraulics for over 50 years. The company has been and continues to be a major original equipment supplier to a variety of auto manufacturers. Responding to auto manufacturers&#8217; demands for a shock that could provide both good stability and good ride quality, <span class="caps">TOKICO</span> developed the twin-tube low-pressure gas shock absorber. <span class="caps">TOKICO</span> began working on this technology in the mid 1970&#8217;s. Since then much of that technology has been adopted world-wide.</p>

TOKICOs TREKMASTER Performance Shocks use the latest technology to address the problems of improper damping control on trucks and SUVs.

The TREKMASTER Series combines TOKICOs multi-stage variable-aperture piston valve system with a new base valve design that provides a dual blowoff compression cycle. This allows the TREKMASTER to provide a level of handling, traction and ride quality unmatched by ordinary shocks. In addition to this highly sophisticated damping system, TREKMASTER shocks feature a rod guide and piston seal design that reduces mechanical drag by up to 65 percent compared to other shocks. The result is remarkably smooth, controlled performanceon and off pavementfor years to come.
