These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Could not find the part I was looking for at any other 4x4 website. Found it here and it was cheaper than almost every other place.
