ARP 134-6402 High Performance Wave-Loc Connecting Rod Bolt

Fits stock 400 rods only.

OEM style rod bolts fit into rod caps with fairly wide tolerances that don fit very well. Their knurled design cut deep into the bolt material and create stress risers that are prone to failure. Thats where these Wave-Loc bolts from ARP come in. Made from tough 8740 chromemoly steel these Wave-Loc high performance rod bolts feature are rated at 190000 psi and have a Wave Loc symmetrical wave design that eliminates sharp notches and guarantees proper cap alignment without unneeded stress. Nuts and lube included.

ARP High Performance Wave-Loc Connecting Rod Bolt includes nut as well as lube and is designed to support the primary tension load caused by each rotation of the crankshaft. It is made from tough 8740 chrome moly steel and is corrosion resistant. This rod bolt features a Wave Loc symmetrical wave that eliminates sharp notches and guarantees cap alignment.
