I just received my Knn filter. Shipment was on time. The box look beat up and deformed with a lot of tapes but the filter seems to be in good condition.

Be prepared to modify (grind) C-clips, axle shaft ends, & mini-spool blocks. VERY tight fitting mini-spool. Axle shaft ends ground down slightly for cross pin clearance. Blocks surface-ground to allow spool to be rotated inside carrier after C-clips were installed for cross pin installation due to super tight fit. Had to grind 3mm off both top & bottom of C-clips so could slide in spool "side gear" slot for axle shaft installation while in axle housing. Not a big deal, but necessary for proper installation. Application: 2000 Ford Explorer 8.8. **Haven't driven yet, only covering install**
