Their price was the lowest I could find, and it was drop shipped from the manufacturer the following day, and arrived in time for me to use it on the weekend. The one criticism I would have is the item description could have been better. From my web research, I knew the model I wanted, but if I was just browsing bike racks on their website, I would have needed more information.
