ARP 400-1205 Header Bolts 12-Point Drilled 16-Piece Kit

The ARP 400-1205 is a premium 16-piece header bolt kit featuring 12-point drilled heads designed for secure exhaust header installation. These specialty NASCAR-style bolts are drilled to accommodate safety wire, preventing loosening under extreme racing conditions and high-vibration environments.

Key Features:

• 16-piece complete bolt kit with premium washers included
• 12-point head design allows easy socket access in tight spaces near exhaust pipes
• Drilled heads accommodate safety wire for maximum security
• Chrome moly construction with black oxide finish
• 170,000 PSI tensile strength—substantially stronger than Grade 8 hardware
• Heat and corrosion resistant for long-lasting durability
• Precision manufacturing ensures consistent torque values

ARP header bolts are engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures and thermal cycling associated with exhaust systems. The 12-point head configuration provides superior grip and reduces the risk of rounding compared to standard hex heads. Ideal for racing applications, performance builds, and any installation where header bolt security is critical.
