Product Details

The ARP 420-1412 is a premium 12-piece header stud kit designed for secure exhaust header installation. This kit features hex head studs paired with compact 12-point nuts that allow easy socket access in tight spaces near exhaust pipes.

Key Features:

  • Stainless 300 material construction resists corrosion and extreme heat
  • Nominally rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength—substantially stronger than Grade 8 hardware
  • Unique nut-starter nose on studs helps prevent cross-threading during installation
  • Compact 12-point nuts provide superior accessibility in confined engine bay areas
  • Complete kit includes 12 studs, premium washers, and 12-point nuts

ARP's Stainless 300 material is specifically engineered to withstand the demanding thermal cycles and corrosive environment of exhaust systems, making this stud kit ideal for both street and racing applications. The precision-manufactured studs ensure reliable clamping force and long-term durability.
