Product Details

The ARP 800-8115 is a premium quality female O-ring weld bung, precision CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet for superior strength and corrosion resistance. This weld-in fitting is designed for professional fabrication applications where a leak-free O-ring seal is required.

Key Features:

  • Female O-ring boss design for secure, reusable connections
  • CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet for precision fitment
  • Suitable for oil tanks, fuel cells, radiators, valve covers, intake manifolds, and axle housings
  • Compatible with male O-ring fittings (ORB style)
  • Lightweight aluminum construction ideal for racing and performance applications

ARP weld bungs are engineered to exacting tolerances to ensure proper thread engagement and reliable sealing. The female O-ring configuration accepts standard O-ring boss (ORB) male fittings, providing a mechanical seal that can be assembled and disassembled multiple times without leakage.

Great price. Better than Amazon!

Great company to do business with! Ordered a Thule 916XTR bike rack for my car and their prices blew away everyone else on the 'net! Ordered on Sunday, they shipped on Monday and sent me a tracking number that night. Super fast shipping and great communication! I'll definitely be coming back to Autoplicity again!

Trustworthy seller. This is my second order. Got it quickly. good job!

Autoplicity is awesome! Easy check out and quick shipping! Will buy from again!

Super fast shipping, easy to use site, would buy again from site

Just what you want from a merchant but don't expect; fast, courteous service and attention to the details of your order. I'm a happy consumer. Thank you, Autoplicity. I'll be back.

competitive prices and good selection. Will definitely look to this vendor when purchasing automotive parts in the future. I ordered a roof rack and it was very hard to find elsewhere and the few places I did find it, it was more expensive.. it was cheap and easy here. thanks :)
