The ARP 245-4310 Pro Series head stud kit is engineered specifically for Chrysler KB Hemi engines with standard deck height. This professional-grade fastener kit delivers the superior clamping force and reliability demanded by high-performance and racing applications.

Premium 8740 Chrome Moly Construction:

Each stud is manufactured from premium grade 8740 chrome moly steel, rated far superior to aircraft quality materials. The studs are placed vertically in precision racks and heat-treated to 200,000 psi, ensuring complete and consistent heat penetration throughout each fastener. Following heat treatment, every stud undergoes centerless grinding through approximately ten precise cuts, resulting in exceptional straightness and concentricity.

Advanced Manufacturing Process:

ARP thread rolls each stud after heat treatment, which provides dramatically improved fatigue strength compared to studs threaded before heat treatment. This costly process is tough on tooling but delivers professional-grade durability. The precision tolerances allow cylinder heads and gaskets to align perfectly during installation.
