ARP 216-6302 Connecting Rod Bolt Kit Pro Series - ARP2000

The ARP 216-6302 is a complete connecting rod bolt kit featuring ARP2000 Pro Series fasteners, engineered to eliminate the weak link in high-performance connecting rods. Manufactured from ARP2000 alloy steel, these bolts deliver superior clamping loads up to 220,000 psi, making them ideal for short track and drag racing applications where reliability is critical.

Key Features:

• Forged in-house at ARP using premium quality materials
• Heat-treated using specialized vertical racks for complete 360-degree penetration
• Threads rolled after heat-treat to provide up to 10-times longer fatigue life
• Precision CNC-machined to exacting tolerances
• ARP2000 alloy steel delivers higher strength than 8740 chrome moly
• Each bolt proudly stamped with the ARP name as assurance of quality

Wave-Loc Technology Benefits:

• Wave-Loc surface contacts rod and cap for optimal alignment and reduced fluctuating stress
• Provides interference fit (.001 to .005) for all OEM connecting rods despite wide tolerance ranges
• Superior material grain flow compared to knurled bolts that create stress risers
• Eliminates galling and scoring through smooth contact surface

Installation Note: Monitor bolt stretch and replace when permanent elongation reaches .0005 inch for continued reliability.

ARP rod bolts are chosen as original equipment by leading connecting rod manufacturers and trusted by racers who demand nothing but the best in fastener technology.
