Product Details

The ARP 206-5404 main stud kit is engineered to eliminate main cap walk and fretting while protecting the threads in your engine block. This complete kit includes hardened parallel-ground washers and high-quality nuts for professional-grade engine assembly.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured from 8740 chrome moly steel for superior strength and durability
  • Heat-treated in-house to 200,000 psi tensile strength
  • Precision J-form threads rolled after heat-treat for 1000% stronger threads than conventional fasteners
  • Designed for 2-bolt main applications
  • Includes hardened parallel-ground washers for even load distribution
  • High-quality nuts included for complete installation

ARP main studs provide the critical clamping force needed to secure main caps under extreme loads, making them ideal for high-performance and racing applications. The post-heat-treat thread rolling process creates fasteners with exceptional fatigue resistance and reliability that professional engine builders demand.

Simple order process.

Excellent, rapid, free shipping

I have tried calling three times to order a boat propeller. All three times, the woman answering the phone could not understand me. After the 3rd time of spelling my name and email address on the final call I gave up and hung up on her. I apologize to you for hanging up on your staff. Your site seems to be very nice and the reviews are excellent. I hope that the delivery service you have is just as good as the reviews. I had preferred to order by phone because I'm not a fan of internet ordering. The photo shows a hub kit with the propeller. There is nothing i could find noting that. I assume that comes with the propeller. Thank you so much....... Nope no hub kit like the one pictured with it... Fortunately the hub off my old prop matches. Delivery time was awesome! Less than 4 days.
