ARP 150-8801 Oil Pump Primer Kit with Billet Aluminum Sleeve

The ARP Oil Pump Primer Kit is an essential tool for protecting your engine during initial startup. Those critical first moments before oil pressure builds are when the most damage can occur to internal components. This kit allows you to pre-lubricate your engine by spinning the oil pump with a drill motor, building full oil pressure before the engine ever fires.

Key Features:

• High-strength primer shaft rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength for extended service life
• Precision-machined billet aluminum sleeve accurately positions the shaft and eliminates wobble
• Compatible with most domestic V8 engines
• Prevents wear and damage to bearings, rotating assembly, and valve train components
• Essential for engine break-in and rebuilds

This rugged, professionally-engineered tool is a must-have for any serious engine builder or performance enthusiast. By establishing proper oil pressure before startup, you ensure all critical engine components receive adequate lubrication from the very first revolution, significantly reducing the risk of premature wear or catastrophic failure.
