My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).

I used Autoplicity for the first time less than a week ago. I ordered some 5' fog light covers. They arrived in a short time, Just what I thought they would be, and 100% satisfied with the product and fast shipping they provided.
