Product Details

The ARP 100-1405 is a premium 14-piece stainless steel header stud kit designed for secure, high-performance exhaust header installation. Engineered from Stainless 300 material, this kit delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and maintains structural integrity even under extreme exhaust temperatures, making it ideal for demanding automotive applications.

Key Features:

  • Stainless 300 material rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength—significantly stronger than Grade 8 hardware
  • Compact 12-point nuts allow easy socket access in tight spaces near exhaust pipes
  • Unique nut-starter nose on studs helps prevent cross-threading during installation
  • Complete kit includes 14 studs plus premium-quality washers and 12-point nuts
  • Hex head locking design ensures reliable retention under thermal cycling
  • Immune to corrosion and extreme heat for long-lasting performance

This header stud kit provides substantially greater clamping force and reliability compared to standard hardware, while the stainless construction eliminates concerns about rust or heat-related degradation. The precision-manufactured studs and 12-point nut design make installation straightforward even in confined engine compartments.

Happy with the purchase! The lowest price and fast shipment.

Best price online for an Injen intake. Arrived in a week. Appreciated the "Item shipped" email with tracking number!

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.
