Product Details

The ARP AP6-120-1LB is a precision-engineered broached stud designed for high-performance engine assembly and custom automotive applications. This 7/16" diameter stud measures 6.120 inches in overall length and features 1.000 inch of precision-cut thread on each end.

Key Specifications:

  • Diameter: 7/16 inch (0.4375")
  • Overall length: 6.120 inches
  • Threaded length: 1.000 inch per end
  • Broached design for superior clamping force
  • Manufactured from premium 8740 chromoly steel
  • Heat-treated to 180,000 PSI tensile strength
  • Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance

ARP studs are manufactured to exacting tolerances and provide significantly greater clamping force than standard bolts, making them ideal for high-stress applications including cylinder head installation, main cap studs, and custom engine builds. The broached design ensures precise thread engagement and uniform load distribution. Each stud is cold-rolled for superior fatigue resistance and dimensional accuracy.

Sold individually (1 pound package quantity).
